The Term :

You may not authorize others to use your account, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. No claim(s) shall be entertained regarding the same. Since the data of the template based website is driven through the centralized database of the Site, hence it is non-transferable on any other server and any such attempt would render the website non-functional.
